| Abstract: |
A new tomographical method incorporating elements of Doppler mapping, eclipse mapping, and the recently developed ``accretion stream mapping'' is presented and compared to the existing methods of spatial intensity information reconstruction. We show first promising results of the new ``orbital mapping'' technique with synthetic test data. Thanks to Bettina Hoffmann for calculating some classical Doppler tomograms.
