Abstract:	We discuss existing data on the delta Scuti star V1162 Ori and investigate how well - after 600 hours of time-series observations - the variability of the star is understood. We search for deviations between the light curves and the frequency solution and we investigate whether such deviations could be caused by undetected, low-amplitude modes.
