We present issues to consider when expanding EPO partnerships beyond traditional partners. Working with non-traditional partners has both risks and benefits. We share a series of case studies drawn from the experiences of the Phoenix Scout Mission EPO team and include feedback from the session for a list of collective lessons learned. |
