Abstract: As much as 22 Be stars situated in the southern hemisphere have been observed using the 60-cm Zeiss double refractor equipped with a compact spectrograph (the Bosscha Compact Spectrograph=BCS) and an ST-8XME CCD camera. Observations were carried out from April to August 2007. Out of 22 stars, 4 stars are in the normal B-phase, 13 stars are in the Be phase and 5 stars are in Be-shell phase. No phase variation has been detected throughout the observations, but some stars exhibit significant change on its spectral lines.
