Abstract: We present the results of several consecutive studies of the near-infrared (NIR) integrated-light properties of star clusters in the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds based on 2MASS archival imaging. The sample covers a wide range in the age/metallicity parameter space and the ages and metallicities for the majority of the clusters are derived based on deep CMDs and spectroscopy of individual cluster members. It is a valuable new resource to study the evolution of the NIR integrated-light properties as a function of the properties of the underlying stellar populations. Some future projects are briefly outlined in terms of further development of the integrated-light database and its applications.
