Abstract: |
We present initial results from our ground-based follow-up photometric observations of interesting eclipsing binary systems in the Kepler field. The program was launched in 2013 with the 2.3 mAristarchos telescope at Helmos Observatory, Greece, and included eclipsing binary systems with periods < 0.45 d and Kp = 12.6–16 mag. The targets show light curve asymmetries, eclipse timings variations, or they include third body candidates. We present preliminary results from BV(RI)C photometry for two W UMa eclipsing binary systems of W-subtype with suspected tertiary companions, KIC 11246163 and KIC 4563150. |
