Abstract: Central objects of young stellar clusters in galaxies with high star-formation rate were studied. In the galaxies NGC 4736 and NGC 4449 we detected three luminous blue variable candidates (LBV). Photospheric temperatures and stellar wind were estimated from the spectral lines of stellar objects. Bolometric luminosities of the objects were found from photometric data obtained with the Hubble Space Telescope and temperature estimates. Masses of the stellar objects were preliminary estimated from evolutionary tracks. In these LBV candidates, we found masses of about 40–60, 60–85 and 150–250 M.
