| Abstract: |
In this paper we discuss the chemical composition of V838 Mon derived from the spectra obtained on March 2002. The atmospheric parameters found are: Teff = 4750±250 K, log g = −1.0, and ξt = 12 km s−1. The standard LTE analysis shows that V838 Mon is a mildly metal deficient ([Fe/H]=−0.4) chemically not evolved star. |
