Taking into account the diverse community of users as found at most observatories, a user interface needs to be quickly and easily mastered by the occasional user, and yet be able to provide the power and customization capability that the engineering staff demands. At CFHT, we believe that the PEGASUS system has met the challenge of providing such an interface. |
