Abstract: Using observational results on short time scale (~1.5 hours) profile variability in the broad Hb line of 3C 390.3 AGN obtained by spectral monitoring at 6-m telescope of SAO there have been computed kinematical and geometrical parameters of emission line gas in the BLR. Large-scale supersonic turbulence is deduced from spectral line analysis. Results support the models of a relativistic accretion disk with supersonic turbulence in AGN.
