Abstract: In this paper, we describe classical problems of the relativistic hydrodynamics with dissipations and their solutions. We explain mathematical features of the relativistic dissipative hydrodynamic equations using a simplified model equation, and show that the simple relativistic extension of the non-relativistic Navier–Stokes equation is causal and unstable to perturbations. We also explain one of the most famous solutions of this problem using a simplified equation. We present a brief explanation of our new numerical scheme for relativistic dissipative hydrodynamics and show a result of numerical calculations.
