Abstract: We present here the TESS network of night-sky brightness photometers. This network is an initiative of the STARS4ALL project, a platform for promoting dark skies in Europe, funded by the EU. The project involves citizens in monitoring light pollution of places worldwide. The hardware and software of the photometers are open. The data obtained with the photometers is also open, available under a Creative Commons license (cc-by 4.0). We also describe the infrastructure required to gather measurements from the photometers and to allow the citizens to inspect the data from their devices.
