Abstract: During the third phase of the OGLE project, more than 90 sq. deg. toward the Galactic bulge were monitored for eight years. The collected data allow measuring the stellar proper motions with a precision better than 0.5 mas yr-1. We present the results already obtained in the selected fields where an X-shaped structure is observed. Multiple applications of the catalog of stellar proper motions are discussed and the current status of the work is described.
